Missing X product for <name_of_attribute> realtion attribute

In product.csv file product_realtion attribute values are separated with commas, some systems regional settings use commas as Digit grouping symbol. You need to change that value in Control Panel > Clock and Regions > Formats > Additional settings > Numbers

If you already saved your CSV file with this setting not being changed prior to saving you may need to check your file for errors
