Boost your catalog management using advanced filtering
One of our goals is to enable Ergonode users to manage their product catalog more efficiently. Searching for products by just browsing their names within a catalog comprising hundreds or even thousands of entries would be prohibitively time consuming.
We have therefore streamlined the process with our advanced filtering system.
You can simply drag any attribute from the menu in the catalog to the “Filters” section, choose the attribute value and find any products matching the requirements. You may also drag these attributes to the “Column” section and choose the value you wish to find.
The whole process is that simple!
Thanks to advanced filtering you now have a chance to edit all your products' attributes by only manipulating data on a single tab.
Easily edit your products from the Catalog
Saving Filtered Views
You can also save any of these filtered views to quickly retrieve them at any point in the future. To do this, navigate to the top right corner of the page, click on VIEW, Save the current view, type in a name for this preset, and confirm with the button next to the name.
To save the current filtered view navigate to the top right corner of the screen, click VIEW and then Save current view.
Once that is done, the system will ask you for a name for the new view. Input it and click the green tick next to it to save the view.
This, and any additional views you create, will be available as a list whenever you click on the View button again. If you wish to remove a saved view, click on the VIEW button again, highlight the saved view you wish to remove, and click on the waste bin icon next to it.
To delete a saved view, highlight it with your cursor and click the waste bin icon next to it. Keep in mind this action is permanent!
Filtered views can be saved on any of the three Catalog views – List, Grid, and Kanban. The type of catalog view each of the saved views corresponds to is indicated by the icons next to the listed views.
The icons next to the saved views correspond to the icons representing each of the three Catalog views.
